MSSP Settings

Welcome to the MSSP settings page. This is your hub for administering MSSP-level configurations. In EnforceDNS, MSSP-level settings empower you to efficiently manage all organizations within the platform.

Policy Inheritance

Policy Inheritance allows MSSP administrators to centrally define and propagate policies (e.g., List Management and Categories) across their client organizations. Categories may be adjusted only if explicitly allowed by the MSSP, while lists remain locked; however, organizations can override inherited lists with their own locally created lists. This ensures consistency in security policies while maintaining flexibility for client-specific adjustments when required.

ConnectWise

ConnectWise supports MSPs, TSPs, VARs, and OEDs with essential IT software, services, resources, and a community to help manage clients’ IT infrastructure. Integrating EnforceDNS with ConnectWise enhances these capabilities by generating tickets whenever EnforceDNS blocks a DNS query. These blocks, identified by the EnforceDNS Decision Engine, Categories, List Management, and Rulesets, are sent to ConnectWise, allowing admins to triage the tickets and determine the appropriate response.
